MyMusicSheet supports the most frequently used local payment gateway based on the purchaser's region. Therefore, a different payment option appears at the checkout process depending on where you are accessing from. Choose one of the payment options to proceed with your payment.

If you are trying to pay via Apple Pay, but it does not show up at the check out, make the Apple Pay account compatible with your browser first.

Sheet music request

MyMusicSheet supports a feature called “Sheet request”. Go to your favorite seller’s profile and find the “Sheet request” tab where you may be able to vote for the music you want.

Cannot find my purchased product / I haven’t received my purchased product.

There are four possible scenarios.

The sheet music you purchased is in the library located in the upper right corner. Please double check your account.
You are currently signed into a wrong account. You may have successfully purchased, but looking at a different account now. MAKE SURE to check if the account you signed in to have successfully purchased and the account that you are viewing now is the same account. If you still cannot find the correct account and your purchased product, Please contact us via email with the order number in 14 digits format that you received from MyMusicSheet. Payment is pending. You may have been charged, but we have never received the payment due to no payment Information detection. If you purchased as a non-membership, a link to view the sheet music will be sent to the email address you entered at the time of purchase.

Cannot open / print / download my purchase.

You can access the products you've purchased within the library, located at the upper-right corner of the site. For each product, you'll find options for viewing, printing, and downloading. However, downloads are only available for products purchased for lifetime access. Additionally, we recommend using Google Chrome as your browser for optimal site performance. MyMusicSheet is best optimized for compatibility with the Chrome browser.

I tried to open my purchased sheet music but it keeps loading.

I would like a refund.

Because sheet music for sale on MyMusicSheet is in the form of a digital product, refund is not available unless the multiple payments have occurred due to the system errors during the transaction process. MyMusicSheet has a user policy that the purchased product that has been over 90 days after the date of purchase goes to expire. Therefore, within 90days, you are allowed to access & print your product. However, if you are uncomfortable with time-limited products, please purchase the product as lifetime collection, as it provides lifetime access.

I would like to get an invoice for my purchase.

The invoice can be checked and downloaded in the "Order List" tab. Additionally, the download link will be sent to the email address you entered at the time of payment.

Why haven’t I received a payment for my profit yet?

Go to the Artist Center -> Payouts -> Current Balance. Click Auto Payout where you can select your desired settlement period. The profit split for the sale of sheet music is 75% (Seller) : 25% (MyMusicSheet) from the net profit. Copyright royalties, transaction processing fees, and tax fees are pre-deducted before splitting into 75% and 25%.

MyMusicSheet has signed copyright licensing agreements with several copyright associations and international publishers,which enables the sellers to sell their music. Despite this, however, certain music can be restricted for sale by regions for copyright reasons.

What are the rights of self-composed music?

Accepted Answer

The copyright to your own compositions belongs entirely to the creator. In order for you to sell your creations, you must submit materials or documents to prove your creations before selling. You can check how to submit it when you upload your sheet music.

Can I set a discount or make a compilation on the product I sell?

Discounts can only be set for sales of MyMusicSheet-provided "Music Book" that bundle multiple sheet music. Therefore, discounts are not supported for sales of single sheet music. Please check the Artist Center for the "Music Book" feature, which allows you to bundle multiple single sheet music for sale.

Make sure to switch your browser to Google Chrome because MyMusicSheet is compatible with Chrome browser. Also, uploading is not available on mobile devices. Please try it on your computer.

Is it possible to sell Ensemble sheets such as band scores or orchestra parts?

Yes, it is possible. MyMusicSheet supports a wide range of instrumentations, from band scores to orchestral to forehand.

Every time you make any update such as a new sheet upload and file replacement, the notification will be sent to those who purchased your product OR is following you.

Do I need my own YouTube channel to be a qualified seller?

No. However, please be aware that the presence or absence of reference videos can be a big factor in a buyer's purchase decision. However, MyMusicSheet allows you to upload not only YouTube and BiliBili, but also short videos such as Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok as reference videos.
