These days, the text of "The Bible Every Day" continues to talk about heaven. I really hope the HeavenPiano will be the Heaven for the accompanists. I hope your scores and tips will be a piece of mustard seed. Though smaller than all seeds, I hope that after you grow up, you will become a tree and a resting place for the accompanists. And be the yeast in the powdery cormorant.

So I hope all the accompanists will improve their skills, their musical abilities will be enriched, and their minds will be relaxed. The HeavenPiano is a place where we share our feelings.

I always pray for 30 times, 60 times, and 100 times the fruits of your good fields.

Shall we start talking about the song today? This fast song gives you a simple but exciting feeling when you play it in a calypso rhythm. Isn't it easy?

However, the same chord-voicing, and the rhythm is repeated, and sometimes it feels monotonous. Voicing means, 'What notes do you use to express the chord and how do you arrange them?'

For example, you can use the C Major chord in the order of "Do, Mi, Sol."

If you keep playing the "Do, Mi, Sol" sequence every time the C Major chord comes out, it's the same voicing. When the C Major chord comes out, it's different in the order of "Mi, Sol, Do" or "Sol, Do, Mi". The transition means "change position." Also known as Inversion.

The notes that make up the chord are the same, but you can change the location. Like Lego blocks.

In a calypso rhythm, there are three parts that hold the chord in a single bar. One, two, three places can be the same, or you can change them to different ones. The transition is easy in theory, but it's hard to reach. So you have to practice separately. Practice transcoding part three, i.e. fourth one.

When this becomes easier, practice the second part, i.e. the third beat, pulling the chord. And lastly, practice foreboding both parts 2 and 3. Now that we're done with this practice, I'll give you another tip for those who can play this song in the calypso rhythm.

Another way to add melody to the top note of the chord, or add ad-lib notes. For example, in 13 bars, G-Major chord is expressed twice in the order of "Re, sol, mi." For the last 3rd chord, considering the melody, I changed the top note of the chord to "do" note. So, it's a G-Major chord, and I got a voicing for "Re, Sol, Do."

You don't have to look at this in Gsus4 chord because the melody itself is like this...

You can add a melody note to the top note of the chord like this.

Look at 14 bar to add an ad-lib note. Fourteen bar was transitional in the second chord, and before the third chord, I added a "sol" ad-lib note. So, the big melody line with 14 bar became "Re Fa# sol fa#."

There's one more melodic line.

The way I'm telling you now is a lot of premise.

1. Calypso rhythm can be played from beginning to end with the same tempo.

2. The chord can be expressed in transitional voicing.

3. The top note of the chord can be expressed in melodic tones.

4. Ad-lib notes may be inserted between chord.

This is the order of practice.

When you practice, you have to follow the order.

If you don't follow the order, practice the steps where everything is combined, you probably won't do well, and practice longer.

It's important to keep the rhythm in fast music. To maintain the rhythm, focus on the melody line that can be expressed in chord rather than the long ad-lib line.

Thank you to all the Heaven accompanists for loving HeavenPiano.
