わたなべゆうくんは 何処にいても飄々と「ゆうくん」のままでそこに居る。
そんな印象があります。
そしてゆうくんが作り出す世界もまた 音楽も絵本もいつも飄々と景色や物語を映し出している気がします。 必要以上に色を塗り足さない。
アコースティックギターの6本の弦で紡ぎ出し切る潔さが、いつもあります。 そこが凄いなあ。
今回、私たちの曲「さよなら大好きな人」を ご自身のアルバムに収録してくれて嬉し恥ずかし、光栄な気持ちです。
歌詞があって初めて成立すると思っていた自分自身の歌が ゆうくんのギターの世界感で、聴く人の心の中の歌声に委ねられていくのを想像して、すでに感動してます。

今回は名曲ぞろいのアルバムの中に我々の楽曲も選んでもらえて光栄です。
一足先に聴かせていただきましたが、「ゆうくんだなぁ〜」と思いながら聴かせてもらいました。 技術はもちろんなのですが、なんでしょう？歌詞が頭の中で流れてきたり、思わず口に出して歌ってしまう。そうかと思えばただ静かに聴いてみたり。 演奏なんだけど、ゆうくんはギターで歌っている。そんなふうに思えました。
いろんな楽しみ方ができるアルバムです。
